Solsine return, pushing hard on the feel good button with their jungle infused track ‘Time’. Described by Company magazine as ‘pure raw talent’, vocalist Nadine Wild Palmer delivers an uplifting message that’s destined for the festival scene. Remixes come courtesy of Jesse Chords who reshapes the track into an eighties inspired summer sizzler and J.A.M who takes it on a long distance, pulsating drive through melancholic headiness. Solsine also serve up a deep slice of 2 Step with their second vision of the track.
Their first single ‘?Deeper,’ released March 2015 featuring The Voice 2015 singer and Rudimental top line writer Hannah Symons, gained support from DJs Mike Delinquent (Kiss), Charlie Tee, TS7 (Kiss Fresh) and DJ Woody (Capital Extra) and featured on Chicago EDM, Insomniac, EDM Network, Blink Box Music and The House Of Coxhead (Thomas Coxhead BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix).
Solsine formed mid 2014 and under different aliases, have performed on NME, Kiss FM, reached number one on The Hype Machine and remixed for artists including Soul II Soul and Florence And The Machine.
The London based duo and their close knit group of featured artists have collectively released with Island Records, Defected and Stealth. They have recently written songs for Rudimental’s album ‘Home’, performed on Tim Westwoods Crib sessions and supported Laura Mvula and Ella Eyre.
Aimed at the festival scene Solsine have been likened to Chase & Status for their varied style and to Rudimental for the highenergy performance they deliver on stage. In the last year they have performed at top London venues including Proud, 93 Feet East, Vice owned The Stillery, Kensington Roof Gardens and South London’s answer to carnival, Brixton Splash.
After supporting acts such as Scroobious Pip and Russell Lissack (Bloc Party) and with a return visit to Ibiza Rocks on the horizon 2015 is shaping up to be an exciting year.
